How to Wash Your Laundry at Vertex
Take the stress out of laundry with Vertex’s modern commercial washers. Follow these simple steps to get fresh, perfectly cleaned clothes every time. Always check garment care labels before washing.
Step One
Load the machine half full to allow tumbling and washing. Do not overfill.
Step Two
Close the door and Turn Knob to Lock
Step Three
Add Laundry Powder/Liquid at the top of machine. Do not use more than the recommended dosage.
Step Four
Using the Machine knob select the wash cycle settings and then pay at the Kiosk or pay using mobile using the QR code pasted on machine.
Step Five
Add your number at the time of payment and select text reminder. Press the knob on machine to start the machine. You will get a text when your cycle is about to finish.
How to Dry Your Laundry at Vertex
Get perfectly dried clothes using our fast, energy-efficient commercial dryers. Follow these simple steps for safe, effective drying. Always check garment care labels before drying.
Step One
Place your laundry into the dryer and close the door securely.
Step Two
Select the appropriate drying temperature and time.
Step Three
Pay at the Kiosk or pay using mobile using the QR code pasted on machine. Add your number at the time of payment and select text reminder.
Step Four
Press start on machine panel to begin drying time. You will get a text when your cycle is about to finish.
Step Five
Remove clothes when finished and fold while warm for best results.
How to use our self service dog wash
Step One
Tap your card or phone at the Nayax terminal or use coins to pay $10. It is already setup for a fixed 11 minutes cycle with $11 paid via paywave.
Step Two
Use the hose and select the function for example start with shampoo. If the hose does not start press button on hose. You can use this button to stop and start the flow.
Step Three
Switch between the steps as desired as an example: shampoo 3 mins, rinse 1 min, flea treatment & rinse 1 min, condition & rinse 1 min, blow dry 4 mins, and disinfect tub & rinse 1 min for the next user.
Important Note
Ensure to allow to clean after you and to disinfect the tub as courtesy to next user.

Step One
You book online
Step Two
We deliver your brand-new laundry bag same day.
Step Three
Fill the bag and leave it outside your door for us to pick up next day before 6 am.
Step Four
We wash, dry, and fold (if ordered) your laundry and pack.
Step Five
We deliver your laundry on the next day between 6-8am.
IMPORTANT NOTE
- Everything in the bag will be washed and dried together, be cautious of colour bleeds and sharp objects in the pockets. We are not liable for any damage caused.
