Self-Service Washing
Our high-performance large commercial washers have been designed to handle all load sizes with speed and precision. Built for fast and consistent results, these machines deliver powerful cleaning while optimizing water and energy usage. You gain immense time efficiency in roughly the same time it takes to run just one load at home.
- Our Large 20 kg capacity washer can wash equivalent to nearly 3-4 standard domestic loads.
- Our JUMBO 28 kg capacity washer can wash equivalent to nearly 4-6 standard domestic loads.
We have dedicated one washer to wash pet bedding…
- Make sure there is no animal poop before loading in the washer.
- Do not shake beddings inside the premises to avoid spreading per hair, make sure to vacuum at home before coming.
HOW TO
Check all pockets and remove any nails, screws, lighters, tissues, coins, sharp objects, and needles. It is always advisable to separate whites and colours.
Load the washing machine roughly half full, leaving room to tumble and turn the doorknob to lock the door.
Put washing powder/liquid, softener and/or bleach in compartments on top of the washers. DO NOT exceed put more than 2 scoops of washing powder and use 1 additional scoop of prewash in the left bottom left compartment for only Heavy Duty Wash.
Select wash type by turning the control knob. Available cycles include Cold Wash, Hot Wash, and Heavy Duty Wash.
Go to the Kiosk and select the Washer Number using touch screen and pay at the Verifone terminal using Eftpos/ debit card/ or credit card. You can also enter your mobile number at the Kiosk to receive SMS reminder when laundry is nearly finished.
Machine will auto start and the remaining time for the cycle will start to display. It takes roughly 35 minutes to finish the Heavy Duty wash cycle.
REMINDER
- Gentle/soft tap on Kiosk screen, do not push
- Carefully select the washer number to pay. No refund is issued for user errors.
- Collect clothes on time, unattended laundry gives waiting customer and staff the right to remove it.
- We take no responsibility for any loss.
